Photos This 1953 Chrysler New Yorker Deluxe was sitting in the parking lot of the Walgreens in Fruita, Colorado. It caught my eye and I had to investigate.
The owner was not present, nor was there a sign indicating it was for sale. Nearly everything appeared original.
Such a beautiful classic old car.
The driver side.
A beautiful sienna brown with a cream top.
The front bumper, head lights and hood.
The rear.
A closer-up photo of a tail light.
Not an elaborate hood ornament compared to the one Chrysler made for the 1933 Chrysler Imperial.
The original paperwork when the car was purchased. It was bought at Wickland Motors in Greeley, Colorado.
