In the past two weeks, I have noticed a large number of old classic cars still on the road where I live in Chaffee County, Colorado. Some
seem to be "everyday driving cars" while others are collectibles. On this page are five classic beauties
I've spotted and photographed. Ahhhh! Enjoy the automotive eye candy. ;) -Steve

1962 Chevrolet Corvair
I was driving from Buena Vista to Salida, when this beautiful red 1962 Chevrolet Corvair came into sight.
I drove behind this classic car for about 25 miles. So pretty!
NOTE: I'm not sure what year this is. If it is not a 1962 model,
please let me know on the forum.
1953 Ford Crestline
Wow! Spotted at a gas station in Buena Vista.
1971 Pontiac LeMans T37
Having seen this car many times on the road, this appears to be an "everyday driving car" by someone.
On this day, it was sitting beside the highway.
Below the two photos is a nice commerical of the 1971 Pontiac GT37, T37 and Firebird models.
1955 Chevrolet Bel Air
The car was for sale. The asking price was $20,000. The body and paint job looked very good.
1968 Ford Galaxie
A 1968 Ford Galaxie sat in the parking lot of Buena Vista's only supermarket. It clearly needs some restorative TLC.
Interestingly, after posting this on Facebook, my friend Jeff Christlieb sent me the second photo.
That's his grandparents'
'68 Galaxie with a black vinyl top that he drove from Denver, Colorado to Downey, California.
